Cooking has been woven into the fabric of our family for generations, creating a foundation for the culinary adventure that is Snow Thistle Treats and Treasures. Born from a desire to bring joy to others, our founder, Tanya Viglione , drew inspiration from years of service in the Coast Guard.

During my time in the Coast Guard, the kitchen became a place of creativity and camaraderie. Fueled by a mission to keep the crew happy, dishes were crafted with inspiration drawn from Chiefs, mentors, and travels around the country. This journey culminated in being sent across the nation to contribute to special events and banquets.
